Here is a picture I took today. My new zoos are in the front and I have a small frag of montipora.

It is the 24 gal with the hqi light.

I really do like the aquapods I sure that I will have to keep it when I get the bigger tank next year!

LOL! Yeah...I contemplated getting one when I decided that I was downgrading from the 75gal, but ended up getting something custom built instead. I still want one for kicks and for keeping a few critters and may get the 12gal seeing that will be all I'd need.

I took the long piece of pvc off and I am just using the elbow. It circulates well and I have a little more power.

What do you plan to do with the clam once it outgrows the tank in a year?

LOL I will have my bigger tank next year! The only reason it is in the pod is because I didn't want to sell it when I sold the 80 gallon.

We have some home improvements to do and then the bigger tank will come in!!

Derasas really grow pretty fast. It started out at 3 inches, 3 years ago!

How's the heat with the lid closed?? I'm still modding mine to help with that but it amazes me that with the stock pump, I have to keep it open to keep from overheating...

I don't run a heater and just with the lights I keep the temp at 78-80. My lights are on from 1100 to 2300.

We will see what the winter brings! I may need to plug the heater in!

I want to get an aqua c remora for the tank and that pump might increase the temp, we will see!

Oh that's right u have the hqi version that doesnt have a lid.

No pics yet, I bought it for seahorses then had to steal it to use as a qt as the other qt was being used and the fish were sick. Well what's another three months, my daughter has been bugging me for horses for six years and finally decided but something always gets in the way!

I was thinking of getting one the 24gal for my wife, glad to hear some good reviews.
