I have a mini 115 skimmer and the pump went out. I emailed customer support since I could not find a replacement pump anywhere. I had a reply within the day asking if I still had the receipt and how long it's been running. The problem was solved that day and the new pump is already on it's way. I have to commend aquatic life for stellar customer service.

I agree they have great service. I bought one of their 36" 4 bulb light fixtures recently. After about a month or so, the fan started to make an awful racket for about a minute upon start up. I called customer service. They shipped a new fan out the same day.
