Are ATB skimmers any good?

I've been looking into skimmers for my new build and wanted to know how ATB's were. I've personally never heard of them and don't know anyone that has one, so it's hard for me to figure them out. I know they are really expensive, so I don't want to buy one, unless I know they are they are good. Let me know what u guys think.
