1. Whats the best brand of ARM, and is it because of the lowest Phosphorus content?

2. Where is the cheapest sourse besides ebay?

3. Anyone on the South end have any for sale?

Arm is a brand of media itself. Cheap is not usually better when it comes to media. What reactor is it?

I dont know a thing about that reactor. I'd probably say ARM since it disolves at higher ph levels. I'm not sure if those are very efficient reactor or not.

I recommend ARM for the reason Don mentioned but it's also substantially lower in phosphates.

As shown in the table, the phosphate level of ARM calcium reactor substrate is almost 30% lower than the level in Koralith,

They need to do a new study. Its changed in the last three years.
