hey all
AT LAST >> I've bought protein skimmer to my 20 gallons reef tank ... the thing is i attached the oxygen tube to it ( the protein skimmer ).. do i need to add anther Air tube for the oxygen .. :?: or the oxygen and the protein skimmer are the same ..

it called Lee's Protein skimmer ,, ( i've ordered it from amazon.com) ..

it works good though ,, but am asking about the Oxygen if i need to add a anther Air tube to the tank ..

This type is a low end air driven lime wood airstone skimmer. You will need an airpump to drive the wood "airstone". The lime wood will need to be replaced every 2-4 weeks. The larger the air pump, the better the skimming. I do not believe in running air stones in the tank unless inside a tube to create water flow.
