Attaching coral to the glass

I have a pumping Xenia frag that after about 3-4 wks in my tank has begun to really take off. We think it would be cool to attach it to a few different places on the back of the tank and let it spread there to create a background. I have seen it on a few different tank clinging to the glass...any ideas on how to get it to stick there?

Just set the colony next to the glass it will crawl up there mine did

Also, if you have an extra magnet (algae) you could glue a freag onto it and just move it around the glass ever month or so to get starts all over Never done it my self, but it seems like it would work

and do be sure to start it at the loest point that you want that/any species to grow as they are not likely to grow downward much in time towards weaker light and lower water flow.
