I have a pair of Austrialian Epaulette Sharks, the female is at least 26" and a mature adult. The male is 21". These are usually on special order for $1800 a pair (14-16" size) from Barrier Reef and not readily available. This is a one time deal that you'll never get that kind of a deal in Washington and the most popular aquarium sharks. I am asking $750 for the pair (will not separate), that's over a grand savings. They are very much immune for any diseases and will work fine with fishes 3" and larger (damsels will be shark food). Min tank size required is 135 gal (72x18) footprint, however 72x24 or longer footprints works much better. I can drive halfway across state for gas money, or even ship them to your airport (warmer states preferred) via southwest cargo. Large styrofoam fish boxes are included with the sharks for transportation.
The stay on the bottom most of the time and use thier fins to walk on the bottom (like a salamander). I feed them cut up squids that i get in 3lb frozen box from the asian market every 2-3 days and they go bonkers over the squid. I had these pair for almost 2 yrs.
First come first serve. Moving out of state is the reason I am selling it, getting out of the hobby for a while. I will miss them dearly. Not interested in trades, however will be open to a large acrylic cube size tank (4x3 with built in overflow(s)) or something similar...glass ones won't do me well moving long distance.
