I can't seem to downsize a photo properly to make it work for an avatar.I think I've got problems or something. It keeps saying the file is too big. Im using infranview, any help???

With Irfanview, you should be able to enter your own values and get it down pretty small. I forget which one I used, maybe Nikki could help us out here.

I think they need to be around the size 100X100. See if that works.

I just use paint on my computer and minimize it from there. You can minimize the pixels or the size or both.
