bad snail???

i found this snail in my 29gal softies tank havnt ever seen it before theres actually a couple that i found all around the tank....they are very very small under a 1/4" in size..

I have those in my reef too. Lots of them and they seem to stay small. I never saw them bother anything. Don't know exactly what they are called though. Sorry, Tom
