Barrier's Black Beast

Thanks to Tim, of Barrier Reef, we just completed a sweet little tank. She is 26x24x24, all 1/2" material, except the front, which was upgraded to 3/4"! We worked with Tim on the amount of chamfer for the front edges. This tank has another unique feature. I made a jig for the Line-Loc 3/4" male adapter fitting, and machined the nut 1/2 way into the side overflow box. Turned out great, now Tim can press fit the fitting into the OFB panel, wrap some Teflon tape around the threads, and twist on a fitting. Return easy peasy! Here are a few pic's, enjoy, Jason
