man the only sps that I have thats grows super fast is the seattle sparkler. Everything else looks great but is in stasis. But I break all the rules a good reefer wouldnt.

I'm not a REEF NAZI either..
I don't test any level except ph monitor..and temp..
I only water change twice a month
and I'm way overstocked in fish.

Do you dose anything? calcium?

My sps was doing good then I got a frag with red bugs and my sps all suffered. I recently (a couple months ago) treated the bugs, but I think the sps is still in a shocked state. The sparkler was the only one added after the treatment and it grows great.

The red bug treatment also shocked my purple haze monti and it lost the color. It wasnt until recently that it started spreading again with good color.

Now I am dealing with a ugly aiptasia outbreak. yeay.

I run a kalk reactor on my ATO...thats it.

That's killer growth for such a short time. I got less than half that in 6 months when I had SPS.
