Best glue for 1 1/2" Flex PVC

Hello,

I need to glue 1 1/2" flex pvc and have never used this product. What would be a good glue to use? I would like to use Gorilla Glue will this work well? :help:

Hey Spinner, I would strongly suggest using a good PVC cement like Oatly brand, either a premium self priming or better yet to get thier Purple Primer and PVC Cement for best bond/weld. You want to basically weld PVC together not just glue it.

Thanks TJL i hear you......I think i will use Rain or Shine Blue along with a primer...even though Blue (on line) says it has a primer mixed in?

I DO NOT want to see ANY purple primer ANYWHERE on your plumbing!!!!!!! ( Well maybe an 1/8'' bead at the joint )

i reccomend oatly high temp i make spud guns with that stuff. pvc will brake before joint leaks. just dont get to high useing it.
