I am working on a nemo theme in my reef and went to Denny's big sale to get Gurgle the royal gramma. I ended up walking out with 4 peppermint shrimp and a Royal Dottyback (Pictichromis paccagnella). The fish is territorial and quarrelsome with a blue damsel as suggested and I would rather not test the shrimp eating abilities. Is this fish going to be a good citizen or should I set a trap? As a bonus it will eat fireworms which is cool.

All dottybacks are a lot of fun and fit in with most fish after asserting it's dominance and sizing up the competition.
As one of the most territorialistic, no more than one dottyback/Pseudochromis/basslet/gramma in a tank as the larger will kill all others.
