Bonding acrylic?

I will be setting up a new tank, which is acrylic. I have been looking at the "Bean animal" overflow.BeanAnimal's Bar and Grill - Silent and Fail-Safe Overflow System

My question is, how do I go about bonding an overflow to acrylic? Silicone? The weld-on bonding adhessive? Any suggestions?
