I just bought a pressure gauge for my RO/DI filter and am concerned about it because the fitting on it is brass.

It will go between the last carbon prefilter and the RO membrane. I do have a DI filter after the membrane.

Will the brass pose a danger to my tank?

Thanks!

I would not think that it will pose a problem. Brass is used for potable water and would believe that it would need to be safe for freshwater. Though if you ran saltwater through it, it will in time corrode which would be bad. Maybe the pros can chime in to support this.
