brine shrimp hatchery

Does anyone in the Seattle area have a San Francisco Bay Brand brine shrimp hatchery they can spare? I'm just missing the white vial cap with the hole in the center. Willing to pay some bucks for it.

I have some api test kit vials and elos test kit vials that are a Lil shorter and stub if u need em.
