Hi, I was wondering if someone could tell me what kind of water flow a bubble rose anemone perfers?
 
Medium flow would be best, especially if you can have mulit-directional, alternating current. :D

Not all of us have a set-up like that though, so if the tentacles look like they are "waving in the breeze" it's about right. One thing for sure, if the anemone doesn't like the current or the light, it will move to a spot where it does so until it's settled in, you might want to move things out of its way.

as Alice said, it will move around until it finds its spot, and if you have some medium flow areas, then you dont need to worry about it to much, as it will find its spot, but you can try to place it in a med flow area to try and keep it from moving around to much, mine hasnt moved at all, ofcourse it is still not all that healthy, but it is coming around ;)
