I am looking at purchasing an acrylic tank and was wondering how difficult it is to buff out some scratches or how much it costs for someone else to do it?

the tank is in pretty good shape with "some" scratches that i am not sure about. i don't really want to ask the seller to fill it with water so i can get a better idea. like i said there are "some" scratches other than that it's pretty good.

thanks for all your help.

I'm in the process of selling an acrylic tank, it looks way worse without water than with water in it. I showed the buyer before then filled it & instantly he said stop trying to buff the little scratches I want it! That said, I'd still ask for him to fill it just to see & if you can put lights on it.
Here are a few kits to work out scratches, takes a little elbow grease but will work well.
