I have recently noticed something that I thought was just something stuck in my LR, but after watching it for a week now I can see that the opening is always in a differant configuration. So now I know it is alive, growing and moving. Got any idea's as to what it is? real excited because it's just about the only living "something" besides fish that I have! Need to get better lighting and start growing a reef garden. Thanks 4 any help, Lon

OK, a clam, makes sense! Do I feed the little critter or is he or she on their own? Can't be dead burning2nd it opens and closes! Lon

The ones that are embedded backwards in the rock are typically fossils. Maybe water movements making it wiggle. Yah never know though, live clams and oysters in rock is not uncommon
