Buying a new Ballast?

I just had one of my 250watt ballest go out. i need to buy a new one but dont know which one to buy. any suggestions one which ones are better and i will be more satisfied with. Please Help.

if i can this is the kind i want to buy. or as close too it as possiable so i dont have to rewire the fixture

i've been happy with my ice cap and I used an ARO and odyssea before the ice cap. Hands down i prefer the icecap.

I have a ARO ballast from hellolights.com...a little wiring is required but easily done..

so i can get this with the quick disconnect cables? Are you happy with them? any complaints?

so does anyone know if i can use these wires off of this ballest on a new one. like lumateck or ice cap?

i do like them they burn my SE bulbs brighter i have 15k radiums and they look awsome. i cut the ends off and hardd wired it to my lumenbright reflectors
