C.A.P. Reg-1 CO2 Regulator for Calcium reactor

i was wondering that can i use C.A.P. Reg-1 CO2 Regulator as a regulator for my Korallin C3003 Calcium Reactor.
This regulator has flowrate at .5-15 SCFH. (not sure how that measure to bubble).
I have the original Uniwell dual R1358 regular that come with it also. But it kind of rusty, it might need a service work.
Also does anyone know a place near seattle do Regulator Service?

Looks like it should be fine if you have a controller to shut off the selenoid and I personally wouldnt run a reactor without one.

Yes it does have the electronic solenoid. Ok I will try it out
