Cad skimmers

So I found my local fish store which is berrier reef..They have some skimmers in there that I was looking at.. They look verySimalar to the swc skimmers does anyone have any info on them?I tried a search but could not find and info.Thanks for your help.

Did you ask barrier about them? They will generally tell you if they suck or not even though they sell them.

low air injection numbers vs water processed and tank ratings are way off base.
plus, these are maxi-jet pumps, which marineland now has made in china in stead of the nice italian made maxi-jets of the past.
you'd be better off with some other skimmer, imo.
what size system are u tryin to skim?

The gal there did not seem to know all that much about themAnd said that they sell alot of the reef octopus ones. And don't Have very many issues with the octopus..I have a 70 gallon tall that I have a sump for that is 25-30 gallon ishI have not set up yet as I am still trying to get all my parts.
