Calcium Based Worms??

So a while ago I started to notice small white dots on the back of my tank wall (only the back where it is painted black). If you look closely they have a somewhat spiral shape to them with an open center. I looked on line and something suggested calcium based worm, which matched description exactly. It said not to be concerned, but is there a point where I should be as some has moved on to my live rock. Like I said small circle like, but ends don't match up so like a unfinished spiral that is white and hard. Ideas... is it a calcium based worm and is there any concerns for this?

No it is not a worry, the are Spirorbid tube worms and you are just having a population explosion which is quite common. They will go in time.
