calcium reactor

i have acquired a koraline calcium reactor from Larry, however i was not sure how to operate it> can someone help me, I mean okay i have the medium, the solonoid hooked up, the CO2, the intake from the take- at the moment it is dripping about 1 drop per 10 sec. How many should it be? I set the bubble counter too at 1 buble per 5 seconds, again how many bubles should it be. And then there is the 2nd outlet (i believe it is called the excess) where do you put that, in the sump too? I have a 130gal tank full of corals, 5 clams and mainly SPS- please help.
