An interesting question. The two fishes do not pair up in the wild because their territories don't overlap. However, in the aquarium they will likely pair up. IMHO they should have at least a 40 gallon aquarium, pretty much to their own.
Amphiprion percula and A. ocellaris will often pair up in captivity when an appropriate conspecific is not available. The hybrid offspring (called Percularis) will be fertile. They will inherit traits of both species.
Several species of Anemonefishes interbreed and produce hybrids in the wild.
