have 90 gal with 50 gal sump (no microlage)200 lbs live rock water parameters fine tank is loaded with soft corals how much carbon and how long should i leave it in per month

About 2-3 shot glass's worth changed every week. Be sure it is placed in a high flow area where water is pushed through the carbon rather than flowing around it. If in the sump, hung in a basket beneath the skimmer out port works quite well. Be sure you choose the right carbon as well... Here's a not so recent discission.
