Does anyone have any ideas on how to catch fish with out destroying the whole tank???? I have three Yellowtail Damselfish that are eating my other fish to death but they hide in the rock so I can't catch them. Any ideas???

You can sometimes borrow or rent traps from LFS. Also I've heard of people using mirrors. Never tried that one though.
