ChromatiNet Blue

has anyone tried this with their lighting? I saw it used for sunlight on a thread on reef central. wondering if anyone has tried it with light fixtures.

It's a gimmick. You will notice that its just blue netting so it's just adding a colored filter between your light and tank. Buy lighting/bulbs that have the look you want. I don't really see a need to reduce red spectrum from a bulb that is designed to include it. Sun light has lots of red spectrum so if you just want more blue you can always try a 20K bulb in your fixture. When I ran halides I used the Phoenix 14K bulbs. Nice balance of blue/white.
