WELCOME TO REEF FRONTIERS!

You've provided no photo or very much information -- just a couple of symptoms.

Based upon Anemonefish history, we know they are very susceptible to brooklynellosis. The symptoms you relate fit that disease.

The treatment would be to put both fish into quarantine and treat them for this disease.

I don't know how new you are to the hobby, but it is strongly recommended that all fish acquisitions be quarantined at the start for preventing disease from getting into your display tank/marine system.

The treatment for brooklynellosis is to provide either a freshwater or Formalin series of baths. Formalin is better. This is the reference on that process:
Formalin Treatment by Terry D. Barteleme.

There is a table of contents here that has links to many topics you should become familiar with. Go here for that list of links: Table of Contents and Link List.

Good luck! :)
