Comparing Test Kits

A staff member from MarineDepot has conducted a series of test using some widely known test kits. The results are posted here:

Grain of salt, ah yup, a Big one Where is his std to compare where they are. Just because 3 kits say 1300 ppm and one says 1200 ppm does not mean the three at 1300 ppm are correct. Maybe the 1200 ppm is You need a known sample std, such as say 1250 ppm and then compare them. I also see many tech errors in his wording.

true, in all scientific test you need a "CONTROL" to gauge the "tests" from!!!
