Cy, Tim, Chris and crew,

I just wanted to take some time to say thank you. You guys contribute so much to our hobby with the establishment which you run. From my observations of other businesse, you guys are the best place around. Some of the things which you guys continually excell at are as follows:

1. Customer Service: All of your staff are friendly and knowledable. I can't count how many hair brained questions I've come up with and we have discussed over the past few years. Also if any of you don't know something you aren't afraid to say " I don't know.... lets look into that". I have to say that this last point is an invaluable ability which I respect and appreicate because none of us know everything.
2. Expertiese: All of your staff have their areas of expertiese and you have a very well balanced knowledge base.
3. Store appeal: There isn't a time I have ever come in that your store hasn't been bright, clean and presentable. I've seen the efforts which you guys invest into keeping your tanks presentable and I have to say it is something that differentiates you from all of the other establishments.
4. Selection: You guys have an excellent selection of corals and fish and there isn't one or two weeks which go by where you don't have something new and interesting coming in. I have to say this would not and could not happen if you guys did not invest so much time and effort into picking and keeping good suppliers. Thank you for doing this it really shows in all of the pieces which you bring in and the quality of the fish which your able to get.
5. Care: Of all of the things I have to say this is one of the most important things to me. I have the confidence that the fish and corals under your care get the best care possible and due to your extensive knowledge they get the right lighting and food while in your care. I can not count how many places I've been in where I have seen stressed fish or corals because of a lack of care or attention to either diet or environment. Now by all means with our hobby there are risks and unknowns which none of us can prepare for (life has its uncertainties), but what I have seen is the level of effort which all of you take to make sure that you do everything in your abilites to provide a healthy enviornment for your wards while in your care.
6. Value: Now I want to point out that this is a combination of everything above. For the care which you give and the establishment you run I am willing to pay a preimium on my fish and corals.... the ironic thing is that I can't count how many times I come in and you have the most competitive prices around and have deals which I litterially can't refused. Now the following some might say I'm "dumb" or "stupid" for but litterially I am a loyal customer and there have been in the position many times where I have pointed out that I'm being grosely undercharged for certain items which are your regular prices.... you guys always just smile at me and probably shake your head a little bit but still offer the item at your normal price....

Overall you guys really know how to run a good business and I will continue to support you through out the years. Also thank you very much for all that you provide to our hobby, to our lives, and the friendships which we forge. Good job and keep up the great work, it is very appreicated.
