coral dip

Does anyone have any opinions on treatment dips for coral (i.e. kent marine tech D or Seachem reef dip) to disinfect corals as part of a quarantine/treatment regemin before introduction into the tank? Do these treatments cover most types of bugs (i.e. flatworms [though not the AEFW variety], protozoans, etc.)?

I've been playing around with melafix...seems to work well with most pests although it doesn't rid them entirely (at least not at the dose I tried)

a well established qt is the safest way
