i have a 75 gal reef that has been setup for about a year with a green mushroom, finger leather, carpet anemone and a polyp frag. what is my time frame for growth on these corals, the anemone and especially the frags.

wow, far to many factors to take into consideration with that question!
Nikki has asked the first big question. generally speaking the more light the faster the growth. with softies like you have this may not always be the case, but there is an range where they are most comfortable.
