coraline algae scraper

Im looking for a good algae scraper to remove the algae off the front of my glass. tired of having dig in there with a razor blade. i have a good hammer head for the loose algae but it does nothing for the coraline. oh and my tank is glass 130gallon

Wish I could remember where I saw it. There is a mod you can do to a mag-float and put a razor on it. Looked like it worked pretty slick. I'll dig around later and see if I can find it. Here it is.

add an algae dozer pad from mighty magnets to your hammerhead. Best thing I have found, makes scraping easy, even on acrylic. I have a 400g tank and it only takes a few minutes, only have to touch up corners with a regular scraper every other month or so.

Since you already have an Algae Free Hammerhead, check out their Easy Blade. It attaches to your magnet and works well on coralline algae.

I have the easy blade on my Piranha and absolutely love it. Not sure how it will work on coralline algae, but makes fast work of film and GH algae.
