I now have a 65 watt power compact light pairing together a 10.000k and 460nm actinic. I know its only 2 watts per gallon but i wanted to know what corals i could buy with that amount of light.

Bubble coral is comparatively low light. You might try a small specimen and see if it feeds, with the proviso that you can return it to the store if it does not.

Chili corals (Nepthyigorgia) feed at night and don't use light, very hardy, but they seem to need strong, consistent water flow on them. Pretty good beginers coral and interesting color and behavior. It collapses during the day--unless you hang it upside down--and at night it expand and becomes covered in feathery white feeding polyps. Base color is bright red. In a low light tank it might even remain open during "daylight"
