Are there any fish that you would not use a copper treatment on. IE I have had problems with dwarf angels and my QT with Cuparmine process.

I have successfully used Cupramine on most fishes listed as sensitive to copper treatment, and even some that are not supposed to be treated with copper at all. That includes most of the common Dwarf Angels, Tangs, large Angels, etc. All scaled fishes seem to tolerate it quite well.

When things go wrong and it truly relates to copper, it is usually either a dosing problem or some kind of issue with the hospital tank setup.

So I don't have an answer to your question.

I would like to add I agree with Lee but have seen serious issues with Copper Banded Butterfly fish if left in copper treatments for more than 2 weeks. I will also add that at times it is a dosing issue / say but is really the cooper test kit, where the reagent has gone bad and is giving false readings. Check the kit in some FW and RO/DI water to make sure it reads zero.
