This is a DIY workshop just for the fun of it. Carlson Surge Devices (CSD) are used by few hobbyists. So why cover them if few people use them? Because it's fun. They have many beneficial aspects. They also have draw-backs. We're going to discuss the pro's and con's of the general concept and put a few of the different designs into action.​

It turned out to be just me and Brian at the meeting this month. We took that chance to make some more plans for the Bob Moore frag swap coming up. Here's a video of the Carlson Surge Device we put together: ​ With the help of my wife, we filled 80 gift bags with coupons, freebies, and other good stuff that we'll be giving away to everyone attending the Bob Moore.
