defrosted cyclopeeze

I ordered some frozen cyclopeeze and oyster eggs and they came today but were defrosted. Still cold but not frozen. I threw them in the freezer right away and called Marine Depot. They told me that it would be fine as long as it was still cold but is that true? I know that with things like chicken and hamburger you are only supposed to freeze it once.
Anybody know anything about this?

it will be fine.

I buy / make my own food and mix in the cyclopeze. Of course I have to defrost it to get it to mix.

Yeah, if it was still pretty cold I think you'll be fine. Food has to get above 40 for harmful bacteria to grow. Refreeze it and use it.

They are fine. Even chicken and hamburger can and are often refrozen. Each time it can add to the risk of contamination and cell damage to the human food, but so what?:lol:
