any ideas where i casn buy one of these from? i've tryed various marine shops and internet sights and have had no luck.

the dented brain coral is prob one of my favourite corals! got to have it in my tank lol

I've got a jbl nano 24g so am limited to what coral's i can keep as the tank comes with 2x36t5 lighting

Yeah, you might have to upgrade the lighting or try placing the more light demanding corals closer to the surface where they'll get a bit more light

Anyway...

You might have better luck searching under the name "Symphyllia" instead of "dented brain coral." Should find lots of pieces.

The "common" names mean different things to different people, in different parts of the world. What might be a dented brain to one person, might be entirely different to others. But a symphyllia is a symphyllia.
