I was wondering if I could use the DI water from my work place? They have an industrial setup that virtually removes every thing in the water. Not sure if safe for aquarium use.

If it is an ro/di you should. Find out what the Total disovled solids are, they should be zero or very close, if so I would go for it.

I would run a TDS test each time & see how low it is & most probably it will be fine! Do you know if they use RO also or Distilled maybe? Distilled is very pure water!

2 vessal tank

Is it a Cation tank the stripped again by a Anion tank???Mixed bed afterward??
What is the Conductivity of your pure water ??
It should be fine if the conductivity is greater than .04 uHMOUS

Work for medical implant company. I don't think it has a R/O unit. It's very pure water just wasn't sure if okay for tank.
