diamond goby's

has any one had any troubles with diamond goby's jumping out of the tank. I got one today and its jumped twice after the first time i cut down a piece of egg crate for a temporary cover leaving only one opening about 1" big next to my in tank skimmer and not an hour later it jumped out of that hole i've now got that hole closed up but was just wondering if the are known for jumping or not. thanks in advance

Absolutely !!! A tight canopy is a must. I tried eggcrate but it didnt work, so I went to a hardware store bought a window kit and made my own custom fitting. Problem solved.

(and yes, it does let enough light for my corals).
