Diatoms

I have had my new tank up and running for about 3 weeks and I have a diatom bloom. I don't remember how long it takes for that to calm down and go away. It's a 90 gallon tank with a 29 gallon sump. Nirates under 10 and phosphates are nil. Any help is appreciated.
