Look for fatboy123 on this board. He builds them and probably has some for sale right now. I saw a recent thread in the For Sale forum.

I've found several links on other sites but they were all quite old and I never found one that was still being maintained. Still, I know they're out there somewhere so probably your best bet is to spread your request around on some other sites and see if you get any hits. If you do get a template link be sure to post it up.

do you think i could make it like 16"x24" reflector by stretching it out ?

Yes. You can make it any size and dimensions you want.
I'll tell ya though, the trick for me was to build a mockup out of cardboard first. It made it so much easier for me to see how it would look like on cardboard first then I just disassemble the cardboard mockup and use that as a template. You can stretch it out that way using cardboard and it will make things much easier to work on the aluminum afterwards.
