So i went to home depot today and they having a HUGE sale on containers.
Ones that caught my attention were these large 54 gallon rubber maid containers 22$!!!!!. They might have larger ones on sale but i didn't look to long

Dimensions i believe dimensions were like 48, 18/12, 15 something like that much wider than 12 inches. anyways

anyone have any successful DIY Rubbermaid sumps blue prints that i cold learn from? or advise for/against Rubbermaid sumps? THANKS AGAIN

I have been running them for over a year now and it was because of the cost factor of actually buying a sump large enough for the tank and still being able to get it under the tank. The thing that always worries me and many people have had problems with is the bins cracking around the feet from the weight of the water or rock and sand in the containers. I use 4 bins total with 2in bulkheads and rubber couplers between bins for the plumbing. The placement of the bulkheads into each bin acts as the baffles. You can also use plumbing components to raise and lower the levels or change the flow with out moving the positions of the bulkheads. The is convenient in adjusting the levels of water to your liking. This makes it easy for installing filter socks or tapping off for protein skimmers and uv filters. I don’t think you could install baffles that will not leak into the Rubbermaid bins because they are too flexible

Used them for 2yrs. Never really felt safe with them the whole time though as i was always waiting for one to crack or start leaking.

I don't know which ones it is that are on sale, but I have had different ones crack at the feet as well. They are not engineered to handle the weight of water. Now the ones with no feet seem to work pretty well, but I would still plan on keeping the sump water level pretty low.
