I arrived back from the tri-cities meeting yesterday with the zoos and star polyps i got from the auction and put them in my tank after acclimating. Since then my Royal Gramma has not come out from his cave even to eat(and he never misses a meal) and my Bi-color blenny is no where to be found. I tested nitrites and nitrates and they are 0 and 20 respectively. Can anyone offer suggestions??????

Behavioral changes are usually the first indicator of disease, or stress. If you observe each fish every day then you will recognize any changes in behavior early. Getting some new zoos and star polyps probably has nothing to do with the change in the behavior of your fish. However, it is possible to import a parasite with inverts if they were moved from an infected tank. When was the last fish added? Do you quarantine all new fish 3+ weeks before placing them into your display tank?
I need a lot more information from you before I can help. Saying help my fish are sick doesn't give me anything to base an intelligent response on.

You might want to check out the consultation service offered on my Website. I gather a lot of information with a questionnaire before I make a probable diagnosis. It takes me about two hours to analyze the answers and type out a comprehensive response. You can check out the consultation service at http://www.marineaquariumadvice.com/consultation.html
