When my lights went out last night, I was looking at my frogspawn when it was closed up and I noticed a bunch of what look like tube worms of some sort inbetween all of the branches. just wondering if they look like something I should be worried about. I have also noticed a couple growing on the rock. One of them has a long string coming out waving around in the water column. Any ideas would be great.

I'm not great at identifying things in terms of names etc but I think what you have there is something that I have had for years and will not cause harm to your corals. Some sort of tube worm that casts out a net for filter feeding I think. No worries, just another cool finding that makes this hobby so amazing.

They would not dig holes in the skeleton would they? I have a candy cane that is starting to get them and I have noticed there are little holes all aroun it. The candy cane is starting to go down hill.

No I don't believe what you have there would cause any damage to a coral. You can, as returnofsid said, snap off the tubes there by kiiling them. If you want to do that to your candy cane as a way on confirming they are not the cause then go for it. I would be looking at other causes though. Always good to do a water change when things don't seem right and perhaps run some fresh carbon.
Good luck
