Drilling holes??

I was wondering if anyone drills their own holes? If so where do ya get the bit from? How much is a good one? Will a normal cordless drill work? I want to drill a 55 gallon to make a sump out of it. Anyone got any good Ideals?

I did that with my sump, it cost $10 at the glass shop to drill it, look at my thread, I think I show the hole, it is a 59G oceanic.

Well most charge $20 to drill it here. I am all the time doing something diffrent so I would like to get the stuff to do it myself. Over the long run I will save lots of money =-)

Many.. Just be sure to drain the water a little below where the new hole will be
