I want to put a bulkhead in the right side of the tank about a quarter way down from the top to build an overflow into the tank and get rid of that pain in the but overflow box. I have not found anyone local that would do the job. Anyone willing to come on over and do it that’s done it before or have experience cutting a hole in some glass that is this thick that could give me some info or pointers on how to do it my self?

I know I’ve seed it done on smaller tank with thinner glass like for a sump but someone must have tried to do it on a big tank. Anyone?

we have a mobile drill press for drilling glass holes.

if a tank is dropped off at our shop we drill them for $35 a hole.

That’s funny you should say that. My brother and I were just talking about taking a trip down to your place. Never been there yet. How long would you need the tank for? Is this something I could drop off when you open and check out you store got to lunch come back buy a few thing and load up the tank? Just wondering how that works. Seattle is quite the trip for us on Whidbey.
