I read on RC that they have issues with communication and are very slow with their shipping. I've had great luck with marinedepot and fosterandsmith for general supplies. Just placed a big order with fosterandsmith. Also, fosterandsmith do not charge extra to ship salt mix!

Their website sucks but their service is great(IME). I've gotten a ton of stuff from them and their prices are always reasonable and I've had no problems with long shipping times. I've had to return a couple of bulbs to them and they were very quick to exchange them no questions asked and pay for the return shipping costs.

Well,that's good news! I've considered ordering a light fixture from them, but held off based on some of the feedback I'd heard. Might have to give them another look.
