emergency chiller repair

I know you guys reffer people to a certain shop for repairs, I need to get a 1/2 hp chiller repaired asap! it started throwing the breaker any time it turns on so I have no idea what to do about it.
just for advice or a refferal of a good shop with good rates to repair it for me...

Fan sh borted out throws breaker when grounded to the unit I just insulated from the rest of the unit until I can find another fan

That doesn't sound like it being fixed to me, rather & unsafe practice.
